Shepherd’s Huts in Tobermory – Cosy Glamping on the Isle of Mull
Experience the magic of Mull with a stay in one of our beautiful Shepherd’s Huts at Tobermory Campsite. Perfect for couples or solo travellers, our huts offer a unique glamping experience in Tobermory — surrounded by nature, yet close to everything this charming harbour town has to offer.
🌿 Our Shepherd’s Huts
We have five Shepherd’s Huts, each full of character and comfort:
- Berry Hut – Sleeps 2, dog-friendly with a small double bed
- Bramble Hut – Sleeps 2, dog-friendly with a double bed, and features a cosy wood-burning stove
- Carla’s Hut – Sleeps 2, dog-free – ideal for those with allergies, with a small double bed
- Heather Hut – Sleeps 2, dog-friendly, spacious with two single beds
- Holly Hut – Sleeps 2 adults + 1 child, dog-friendly, one double and a small single bed
Each hut includes electricity at no extra cost, offering comfort while keeping that rustic charm that makes glamping special.
🛏 What to Bring
To keep our huts simple and sustainable, please bring your own:

When you arrive, turn left to find your hut — it will be unlocked and ready for you. On departure, just leave the key inside.
🐾 Dog-Friendly Glamping
Enjoy long walks, coastal paths, and plenty of fresh air together — Tobermory is the perfect base for exploring the Isle of Mull with your furry friend. Dogs are welcome in all huts except Carla’s Hut (one dog per hut).
Please keep dogs on a lead at all times and do not leave them unattended.

Clean, well-maintained facilities including separate ladies’ and gents’ toilets, and a modern shower block with three unisex/family washrooms — one of which is accessible for disabled guests.

Dogs are very welcome at Tobermory Campsite, but must be kept on a lead at all times while on the site, please do not leave dogs unattended in your accommodation
For safety, open fires are not permitted on the campsite, barbecues are allowed provided they are raised off the ground
Berry Hut

Set beside a gentle burn, Berry Hut sleeps 2 in a small double bed and includes free WiFi, electricity, a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and basic crockery and utensils; please bring your own towels, bedding, and cooking equipment, with arrival by 6pm or by prior arrangement. Dog-friendly.
Turn in at the entrance to the campsite, Berry Hut is down to your left before the wooden bridge.
Bramble Hut

Bramble Hut is our most glamorous hut, set beside the burn, sleeping 2 people in a double bed, and features a cosy wood-burning stove, free WiFi, electricity, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and basic crockery and utensils; guests should bring their own towels, bedding, and cooking equipment, arriving by 6pm or by prior arrangement. One dog very welcome.
Turn in at the entrance to the campsite, Bramble Hut is down to your left before the wooden bridge.
Carla’s Hut

Carla’s Hut is a cosy, dog-free retreat for up to 2 guests sitting beside the burn, offering a small double bed, free WiFi, electricity, and essential facilities including a panel heater, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and basic crockery and utensils; guests should bring their own towels, bedding, and cooking equipment, and arrival is by 6pm or by prior arrangement.
Turn in at the entrance to the campsite, Carla’s Hut is down to your left before the wooden bridge.
Heather Hut

Heather Hut provides a spacious and dog-friendly glamping space for 2 guests, with a two single beds, free WiFi, electricity, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and basic crockery and utensils and an oil filled radiator; guests should bring their own towels, bedding, and cooking equipment, arriving by 6pm or by prior arrangement.
Please arrive by 6pm or contact us in advance if this is not possible. Turn in at the entrance to the campsite and Heather Hut will be down to your left before the wooden bridge.
Holly Hut

Family friendly Holly Hut is one of our larger huts, sleeping 2 adults and 1 child, in one double and one small single bed. It has an oil filled radiator, electricity, free WiFi, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and basic crockery and utensils; guests should bring their own towels, bedding, and cooking equipment, arriving by 6pm or by prior arrangement.
Turn in at the entrance to the campsite and Holly Hut will be down to your left, before the wooden bridge.
