All emails are usually dealt with between 9am and 12 midday as we are out and about doing jobs on the campsite later on! Please be patient and we will respond asap. Thank you.
BOOKING
To book please email us stating which caravan you would like, number of people/pets and dates required and we will get back to you asap with booking/availability and payment details. Please ensure you have read all the information under the individual caravan listing where you will also find availability.
We have a selection of caravans for hire:
Standard 2 bedroomed caravans – Mallard and Stag sleeping up to 4, and luxury 2 bedroomed caravans – McCoo, Heron, Staffa, Puffin, Owl and Rowan sleeping up to 4.
Standard 3 bedroomed caravan – Eagle sleeping up to 6 and a luxury 3 bedroomed caravan – Burnside sleeping up to 6.
All our caravans are fitted out to a very high standard and all with parking adjacent to the caravan.
Bedding ( sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) is not provided in the caravans. It can be hired at an additional cost of £10 per set. Please let us know at time of booking. Bedding will be placed in the caravan in a plastic bag and we request that all beds be stripped and dirty bedding replaced in the bag at the end of your stay. The caravan does contain duvets and pillows.

Terms & Conditions
A deposit of £50 is required on booking ( non-refundable).
The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival date ( and is then non-refundable). Customers are also advised to take out their own holiday/cancellation insurance.
Discount of £70.00 is available for the second week if booking for a 2 week stay in any caravan.
No single sex group bookings accepted.
No additional persons to join the party without prior consent.
We reserve the right to change the booking to a caravan of equal or higher standard if the need arises.
Well-behaved dogs ( maximum of 1 per caravan) are welcome in some of the caravans at an extra charge of £20 per booking, please see individual caravan listings. Please ensure that they do not go on the beds or soft furnishings and that they are not left unaccompanied in the caravan. Please ensure that pets are treated for worms and fleas prior to your stay.
We ask that customers vacate by 10.00am, strictly no arrivals available before 4pm.
Caravans can be let from any day of the week, please see availability on individual listings.
Payment
Please note , card payments are taken at point of sale only.
Deposit payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Tobermory Campsite’.
