From November to February, our static caravans are available for contractors, tradespeople and work teams looking for practical, comfortable accommodation in and around Tobermory.

Rather than a hotel room, you’ll have your own self-contained caravan with a kitchen, living area, bedrooms, bathroom, heating and Wi-Fi — somewhere you can come back to after a day’s work, cook your own dinner and put your feet up.

We’re just outside Tobermory, making us a handy base for jobs in the north of Mull and around Tobermory.

Our caravans are particularly suited to contractors who need to stay for several nights or weeks.

You’ll have:

Stays

We offer contractor rates for stays of a week or more, with longer stays considered individually.

Our longer-stay rates are based on the number of people, caravan required and length of stay, so if you’re coming to Mull for a larger job or an extended project, get in touch and we’ll work out a rate for you.

We can accommodate multiple workers and will do our best to keep your team together.

We’re situated on Dervaig Road, around a mile and a half from Tobermory.

That means you’re close enough to town for shops, food and supplies, while still having somewhere peaceful to come back to at the end of the day.

There’s parking on site and plenty of space for work vehicles.

A bit more comfortable than a hotel room

Let’s be honest — if you’re working away from home for a week or two, a hotel room can get pretty tedious.

Our caravans give you somewhere to sit down properly, make your own breakfast, cook dinner, have a cup of tea and relax at the end of the day.

It’s a simple thing, but having your own space makes a difference when you’re away working.
