A deposit of £50 is required on booking (non-refundable).
The balance is due 2 months before arrival date (and is then non-refundable). Customers are advised to take out their own holiday/cancellation insurance.

We reserve the right to change the booking to a mobile home of equal or higher standard if the need arises.
Well-behaved dogs (maximum of 1 per home) are welcome in some of the mobile homes at an extra charge of £20 per booking, please see individual listings. Please ensure that they do not go on the beds or soft furnishings and that they are not left unaccompanied in the mobile home. Please ensure that pets are treated for worms and fleas prior to your stay.

We ask that customers vacate by 10am, strictly no arrivals available before 4pm.
