One of our most common complaints here at the campsite is:
“There’s no toilet roll!”
Which has always puzzled us slightly, because we DO put toilet rolls out. We refill the toilets at the end of the working day and then again at 6am.
But with space for around 60 guests, we were getting through approximately 25 toilet rolls every day!
Each roll has 200 sheets, so that’s 5,000 sheets of toilet paper a day.
That’s around 83 sheets per guest, per night. 😳
I’m not entirely sure what you’re all doing in there… and to be honest, I probably don’t want to know! 😂
Anyway, we’ve decided to take action and have invested in some new LOCKABLE toilet roll holders.
Not because we don’t trust our lovely campers, obviously…
It’s just that the toilet rolls have been disappearing faster than we can replace them!
Hopefully, the new holders will mean the rolls last a little longer and, most importantly, there will actually be toilet paper when you need it.
So here’s hoping this is the end of:
“There’s no toilet roll!”
Although I suspect we may now get:
“I can’t get the toilet roll out!” 🤣
